Site Build It - Noobs look out for the possible SCAM?
With the plethora of information available through any one of these channels, it is ridiculous that some one -- some entity -- would exploit innocent and uneducated individuals by taxing them for any "how to make money on line" information and services that is otherwise free... Most important is the fact that they clearly do not know "how to make money", and that is why they have to resort to unsound practices to cull money from the noobs. I compare it to fishing:
educated fish watching the small fish get hauled away -- preserving his energy
for what he/she knows to be a legitimate, nourishing source of food through experience.
It all derives from fear when you analyze it contemporaneously with survival... But the big fish eat the little fish and that seems to be natures cycle, right? NO! In this pool its us against them -- the selfish, lying, immoral individuals who take advantage of people by manipulating their hard earned money. SHAME ON YOU!
What I find most compelling is the March 19, 2009 "comment" at Lissie's review by Ken Evoy: retorting to Lissie's SBI review post. Nothing but semantical gymnastics... he claims that anguilla-beaches.com is really owned by his daughter -- whom purportedly created it at the age of 14? Yeah Right! Any person would discern that when you have to disguise something or create it in another persons name, YOU KNOW YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG! Especially when Ken states: "... I have merely not got around to transferring it into her name". It is my opinion that he is either greedy or he is outright lying? Essentially Ken goes through a long analogous reasoning to defend his SBI SCAM! What I find even more interesting is the scare tactics in the comments by the cheerleaders: "Your going to be sued by the BIG GUYS". So now, without disclosing their credentials or BAR numbers, SBI cheerleaders claim to be attorney's who state that there is a valid, prima fascia claim to be made and which is actionable? Since when does an attorney tell you that he/she is going to sue you: so you can prepare before being served with a summons, etc.? Nonsense. This is America, after all, and the First Amendment protects this form of opinion and speech! Defamation is a very, very hard case to prove, so those of you SBI wanna-be attorney's who think you know what your talking about should probably consult with SBI legal counsel -- if you are humble enough to be told to BE QUIET! BTW As a matter of law, when you threaten someone (in a public forum) for expressing their First Amendment right, that is a tort (not to mention conspiracy) which is actionable under both state and federal law! Learn the law before you attempt to claim a right to it and in the process violate it...
For the reasons stated herein, I respectfully support Lissie's review based upon the facts alleged in her review.
